Putri Ainaa is a focused and detail-oriented Legal Associate with dual qualifications in both civil and Shariah law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) (LL.B. Shariah) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), where she developed a strong academic foundation and a comprehensive understanding of diverse legal systems.
She commenced her legal career by completing her pupillage at Messrs Rama & Associates, where she gained valuable exposure across a broad range of legal matters, including civil litigation, family law, employment disputes, and conveyancing. Her work also extended to criminal and estate matters, including assisting in the drafting of cause papers for probate and letters of administration.
Putri Ainaa was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 2023. She subsequently joined Messrs Ganeson Gomathy Fadzlin M. Nava & Co in January 2024, where she practiced until the end of the year. In January 2025, she joined Chambers of Aminahtul Mardiah, where she currently serves as a Legal Associate.
Throughout her legal practice, she has appeared in courts at different levels, including the from the Magistrates’ Court to the High Court. She has conducted full trials in general civil litigation matters and represented clients in the Industrial Court on employment-related disputes. These experiences have equipped her with practical litigation skills and confidence in handling complex legal proceedings.
At her current firm, Putri Ainaa Amiera has also begun her practice in criminal law. She is actively involved in handling case mentions and assisting in trial preparations and proceedings, marking the beginning of her development in this area of law. She is also actively involved in drafting and reviewing various agreement matters, further broadening her legal expertise.
She is known for her strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and unwavering focus.
